How can I change the language of the VABOX?
By Default VABOX would support a regional language and English language. Only one language can be set on VABOX. In case of language change, a merchant need to raise a language change ticket with the Worldline India support team.
Can I replay my last transaction on VABOX?
Yes, you can click on the M button behind the VABOX to replay the last successful transaction.
Does VABOX announces failed/pending transactions?
No, VABOX can announce only successfully completed transactions.
Does warranty cover physical damage?
Any physical damage to VABOX is not covered under warranty.
Can I use my own SIM in VABOX?
Yes, you can use your own standard SIM in your VABOX.
How long does VABOX battery last?
The standby battery time is 90 hours and the operational time is 8-10 hours. On an average, VABOX can announce around 8000 transactions until the next charge.
